News:
- November 10, 2007 - elected Scott KCØVNK as club president. We also changed the net time to 8:00 PM on Mon nights.
- December 10, 2007 - Posted field day 2008 signup form.
- December 12, 2007 - Posted a suggestion box for potential meeting locations.
- Join us for our first ever Radios on the River event in Big Lake!
- We have established a weekly net. We currently meet on the air each Monday evening at 8:00PM on the Maple Plain repeater on +147.000 MHz. Special Thanks to KØLTC for allowing the use of their repeater. Anyone can check in, so mark your calendars and join us!
- We have a regular monthly meeting schedule for time and place. We meet each month on the second Saturday, 9am, at Perkins Restaurant in Buffalo. For more information, check out the Meeting info page.
- We strive to help the community when communications support is needed. Check out our growing events page to see Some of the fun things we do!
- WBØTRA holds technician license classes through community education. His next set of classes are in May, 2006. Watch for the arrival of the Buffalo Community Education flyer. E-mail if you're interested in classes.
- We have an e-mail list for announcements and general banter. If you'd like to join, enter your e-mail address in the subscribe area to the left and click Join Now.
- We have established Skywarn and ARES programs to serve the citizens of Wright County
- We now have a club call sign! WØWCR is our new call. We took it out to Field Day 2005 for our first run, 47 of 50 states worked. Not too bad!
